AI for Business

AI for Business

Most businesses are somewhere between ignoring AI and quietly worrying that staff are already using it on things they should not be.

Pathvia helps with the practical middle ground. Working out the handful of tasks where it genuinely saves time, setting those up properly, writing a rule for what staff can and cannot put into it, and training the team so it is actually used.

Working out where it fits

  • A look at where time actually goes in your business
  • Which tasks are worth automating and which are not
  • Choosing tools that suit the work rather than the hype
  • What it will cost to run, ongoing
  • An honest answer when the answer is not yet

Setting it up

  • Assistants set up with your own documents, templates and tone
  • Drafting, summarising and admin tasks
  • Workflow automation between the systems you already use
  • Microsoft 365 and the tools already in your subscription
  • A written staff policy on what can and cannot go into a tool

Training your team

  • Introductory sessions for a whole team
  • Role specific sessions, so the examples match the actual job
  • Hands on workshops at your workplace
  • Short refreshers as the tools change
  • Guidance for managers on what good use looks like

Confidentiality is the part most businesses get wrong first. Client records, participant notes and patient information should not go into a general consumer tool, and the obligation to protect that information stays with your business whichever tool is used. Working out what can go where, and putting it in writing for staff, is part of the job rather than an extra.

FAQ

AI for Business questions

Is this just training people to use ChatGPT?

No. Training is part of it, but the useful work is usually deciding which few tasks are worth doing this way, setting those up with your own material, and agreeing what staff are allowed to put in. Tool training on its own tends not to stick.

Can we use AI with client or participant information?

Not in a general consumer tool. Which information can go where depends on the tool, how it handles data and your own obligations, and the responsibility stays with your business. We help you work out where the line sits and put it in writing so staff are not guessing.

Do our staff need to be technical?

No. Sessions are built around the work people already do, using examples from your own business rather than generic demonstrations.

Who runs the training?

Pathvia’s director is a Microsoft and Google Accredited Trainer with a background in education and information and communication technology, so sessions are built by someone who teaches for a living rather than someone reading a vendor deck.

Will this replace our staff?

That is not what we are selling. The realistic result is less time on repetitive admin and drafting, which gives people back time for the work that actually needs a person.

How quickly do the tools change?

Quickly. Any recommendation is for what is available now, so it is worth revisiting rather than setting once and forgetting. Short refreshers are usually more useful than one long course.
